They each received a AAHAM portfolio. Bob Masters of ROI gave a super presentation on charge master and the UB04 - Are you ready? The hospitality suite Networking with peers - Jean Barker, Christie Knudsen, Julie Phillipson, Jan Wiseman and others. More meeting attendees. Veronica Modricker of Medical Reimbursements of America presented information on Worker's Comp and accident claims. She also did a fun presentation on "FISH" and how to reward your staff and give great customer service. President Luke Gruber got in on the fun during Veronica's FISH presentation by passing out fish toys.
